Eligibility

Users must meet age, residency, capacity, sanctions, and jurisdictional requirements before using any real-money CryptoBit services.

CryptoBit may restrict access in jurisdictions where services are not authorized, licensed, or otherwise permitted.

Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials, enabling appropriate security controls, and promptly reporting unauthorized account activity.

Activities performed through a user's account may be treated as authorized unless CryptoBit determines otherwise after review.

Prohibited Use

Users may not use CryptoBit for fraud, market manipulation, money laundering, sanctions evasion, terrorist financing, illegal gambling, unauthorized access, abuse of APIs, or activity that violates applicable law.

CryptoBit may investigate, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activity.

Platform Services

CryptoBit may provide market data, account tools, wallet interfaces, order entry, demo trading, and related services. Current trading and wallet functions are simulated unless expressly stated otherwise.

Platform features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued for maintenance, compliance, risk, or operational reasons.

User Obligations, Suspension, and Termination
