What Data Is Collected
CryptoBit may collect information provided directly by users, information generated through platform use, and information received from service providers that support identity, security, payment, analytics, communications, and compliance workflows.
Data collection should be limited to what is reasonably necessary to provide platform services, secure accounts, satisfy legal obligations, and improve product reliability.
Account Information
Account information may include name, email address, phone number, username, password credentials, country of residence, communication preferences, and profile settings.
Users are responsible for keeping account information accurate and for protecting access credentials.
Identity Verification Data
If CryptoBit introduces real-money services, identity verification may require government identification, proof of address, date of birth, tax information, biometric checks, sanctions screening results, and related due diligence records.
Identity verification data must be handled under applicable privacy, financial crime, and data protection laws.
Device, IP, and Log Data
CryptoBit may collect device identifiers, browser type, operating system, IP address, session metadata, approximate location, referral sources, pages viewed, and diagnostic logs.
