Official Requests Only
CryptoBit should accept law enforcement requests only from authorized government, regulatory, court, or law enforcement bodies through approved channels.
Requests must be legally valid, appropriately scoped, and issued under applicable authority.
Required Documents and Contact
Requests should include agency identity, officer contact details, legal authority, requested data, relevant account or transaction identifiers, jurisdiction, deadline, and confidentiality requirements.

Emergency Requests and Data Preservation
Emergency requests should clearly describe the imminent risk of death, serious physical harm, or other qualifying emergency basis.
CryptoBit may preserve data where legally required or requested through valid preservation procedures, subject to legal review.
